Since each piece of furniture is handcrafted and made to order, an estimated completion date will be given upon confirmation of order from the craftsman. We will do our best to deliver your furniture in a timely manner, however we cannot rush the build and finish process as we want your furniture to be built with the highest possible craftsmanship available.
We cannot guarantee any changes to an order made after 72 hours, however we will do our best to contact the craftsman and inquire about the status of the order to see if a change would be possible. Cancellation of an order must be made within 72 hours from the date of the final order in order to receive a full refund. A 50% non- refundable deposit is required with the final order.
